The embossed detailing is pressed into the leather itself during tanning rather than printed on afterward, which is why it holds its texture through repeated wear rather than wearing flat or fading. Combining top grain and patent leather in one boot means two care routines: wipe the patent panels with a soft cloth, and condition the top grain sections every few months to keep them supple. The 160 cm laces allow for a looser, more relaxed lacing style if you prefer it over a tight formal lace-up. At a 2.5 cm heel with a matching 2.5 cm platform, this sits close to flat — comfortable for a full day rather than built for added height. How do I choose the right size?
All Welora footwear is sized in EU. For the best fit, measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to your EU size on our Size Guide. How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days; express delivery takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
For Home Try-On, your footwear will be delivered according to the date and time you selected when booking your appointment.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original shoe box and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, does not match its description, or is otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law, your consumer rights apply and we will provide the appropriate remedy. Where required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
