Welora Home Try-On lets you try selected footwear in the comfort of your own home before deciding what you'd like to purchase.

Choose 1 to 3 pairs and a convenient date and time, and your Welora specialist brings them to you — to try on your own floor, with your own wardrobe.

It's simple:

1. Choose your shoes

Select up to 3 boxes you'd like to try. Each pair is one box — mix styles and sizes freely.

2. Check availability

Enter your postcode (Home Try-On is available within 30 km of Cheltenham, Melbourne).

3. Choose your appointment

Select your preferred available date and time. Add any requests — access, parking, styling or how many pairs — in Delivery notes.

4. Book your Home Try-On

Pay the fixed $29 AUD service fee online when you book. It's fully credited to any purchase from your appointment.

5. Try them at home

Your Welora specialist stays nearby while you try them on — up to 30 minutes. Take your time and see how the shoes fit, feel and work with your wardrobe.

6. Make your choice

Keep the pairs you love and pay for them at the door, by card or payment link. Your specialist takes back the rest on the spot — nothing to repack or return.

A fixed $29 AUD service fee applies to each booking, with no distance-based fees. You pay the $29 online when you book, and it's fully credited towards your purchase when you buy from your appointment.

Your Welora specialist takes back the pairs you don't keep at the end of your visit, so there's nothing to repack and no separate return to arrange.

We offer 30-day returns for change of mind — items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Faulty items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
