Welora Home Try-On lets you try selected footwear in the comfort of your own home before deciding what you'd like to purchase.

Choose 1 to 3 pairs, select a convenient date and time, and we'll deliver your selected footwear directly to your door.

It's simple:

2. Check availability

Enter your postcode.

3. Choose your appointment

Select your preferred available date and time.

4. Book your Home Try-On

Pay the fixed $29 AUD service fee.

5. Try them at home

Take your time and see how the shoes fit, feel and work with your wardrobe.

6. Make your choice

Keep the pair or pairs you love. The remaining footwear is collected as part of the service.

check the fit and comfort;
try different outfits;

ask your partner, family or friends for their opinion;
avoid travelling to shopping centres and visiting multiple stores.

You can purchase one, two or three pairs from your Home Try-On appointment.

You'll also receive additional savings when you purchase multiple pairs:

All Welora footwear is sized in EU. For the best fit, measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to your EU size on our Size Guide. Try the shoes with your favourite jeans, trousers, dresses or other outfits from your wardrobe to see how they look and feel with your personal style.

A fixed $29 AUD Home Try-On fee applies to each booking. The $29 fee is fully credited towards your purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed with secure encryption, so you can shop with confidence.

Yes. Choose 1–3 pairs, enter your postcode, and select an available date and time for your Home Try-On delivery.

The shoes you decide not to purchase are collected as part of the Home Try-On service, so you don't need to arrange a separate return.

We offer 30-day returns for change of mind — items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Faulty items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
