Dark-brown suede is a genuine departure from the black that dominates most of the range, and it needs the same care as any suede: a suede brush to lift the nap after wet weather, and a protector spray applied before the first wear. The deep-tread sole gives real grip, useful on Melbourne's wetter footpaths, and the inner zip keeps the boot's clean matte line uninterrupted by external hardware. How do I choose the right size?
All Welora footwear is sized in EU. For the best fit, measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to your EU size on our Size Guide. How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days; express delivery takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
For Home Try-On, your footwear will be delivered according to the date and time you selected when booking your appointment.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original shoe box and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, does not match its description, or is otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law, your consumer rights apply and we will provide the appropriate remedy. Where required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
