Velour leather sits between suede and smooth leather in feel and care — a gentle brush after wet weather keeps the nap even, and it holds up a little better against water marking than true suede does. At 9 cm, this is one of the taller stiletto heels in the range, and with a minimal 0.3 cm platform, the full height registers underfoot rather than being softened. Worth sizing carefully if you're between sizes, since a slim heel needs a snugger fit than a block heel to feel secure. Best suited to smoother pavement given the slender heel. How do I choose the right size?
All Welora footwear is sized in EU. For the best fit, measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to your EU size on our Size Guide. How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days; express delivery takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
For Home Try-On, your footwear will be delivered according to the date and time you selected when booking your appointment.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original shoe box and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, does not match its description, or is otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law, your consumer rights apply and we will provide the appropriate remedy. Where required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
