The striped elastic gusset is a design detail as much as a functional one — most Chelsea boots use a plain black gusset, so this is a small point of difference if you're after something a little less conventional. Combined with a 2.5 cm platform under the 7 cm heel, the boot feels noticeably lower and more stable underfoot than the stated heel height suggests, closer to a flat boot with a little added lift. Grain leather means minimal upkeep — a wipe-down is usually enough. Sheepskin lining is lightly insulated, making this a better fit for Melbourne's shoulder seasons than for the depths of winter.

How do I choose the right size?
All Welora footwear is sized in EU. For the best fit, measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to your EU size on our Size Guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a little extra comfort. Still unsure? Contact our team at info@welora.com.au— we're happy to advise before you order.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days; express delivery takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
For Home Try-On, your footwear will be delivered according to the date and time you selected when booking your appointment.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original shoe box and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, does not match its description, or is otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law, your consumer rights apply and we will provide the appropriate remedy. Where required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
