The treaded sole is a genuine departure from the smoother soles used on most of the dressier boots in the range — it's built with actual grip in mind, which makes this one of the better choices for wetter Melbourne pavements rather than a boot best kept for dry days. At 50 cm, this is one of the tallest shafts we carry, reaching well above the knee on most people, so it's worth checking your calf measurement against our size guide before ordering if you're between sizes. How do I choose the right size?
All Welora footwear is sized in EU. For the best fit, measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to your EU size on our Size Guide. How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days; express delivery takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
For Home Try-On, your footwear will be delivered according to the date and time you selected when booking your appointment.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original shoe box and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, does not match its description, or is otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law, your consumer rights apply and we will provide the appropriate remedy. Where required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
