Velour leather has a soft, brushed-nap finish that sits between suede and smooth leather — it needs a gentle brush after wet weather like suede does, but is somewhat more resistant to water marking. At 7.5 cm, the stiletto heel is genuinely slender rather than a wider dress heel, so it's worth checking the fit carefully if you're between sizes: too loose and a narrow heel will slip. The platform is minimal at just 0.2 cm, meaning the full 7.5 cm registers underfoot — noticeably higher in feel than the boots in the range with a built-in platform. Best suited to smoother surfaces given the slender heel; Melbourne's cobbled laneways are worth a wide berth in this one.

How do I choose the right size?
All Welora footwear is sized in EU. For the best fit, measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to your EU size on our Size Guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a little extra comfort. Still unsure? Contact our team at info@welora.com.au— we're happy to advise before you order.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days; express delivery takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
For Home Try-On, your footwear will be delivered according to the date and time you selected when booking your appointment.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original shoe box and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, does not match its description, or is otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law, your consumer rights apply and we will provide the appropriate remedy. Where required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
