Mixing suede and smooth grain leather in one boot means two different care routines in one shoe: brush the suede panels at heel and back, wipe the smooth leather front clean, and avoid spraying suede protector directly onto the grain sections where it can leave a slight sheen. The wrapped strap is a genuine design detail rather than a functional fastening — the side zip does the actual work of getting the boot on — so the gold hardware stays looking sharp rather than getting scuffed from daily buckling. At 12.5 cm, the shaft sits comfortably below most calves, making this one of the easier boots in the range to fit if you carry more through the calf.

How do I choose the right size?
All Welora footwear is sized in EU. For the best fit, measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to your EU size on our Size Guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a little extra comfort. Still unsure? Contact our team at info@welora.com.au— we're happy to advise before you order.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days; express delivery takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
For Home Try-On, your footwear will be delivered according to the date and time you selected when booking your appointment.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original shoe box and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, does not match its description, or is otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law, your consumer rights apply and we will provide the appropriate remedy. Where required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
